Submersible Well Pump Arrived
Today my submersible water pump arrived. I ordered it only 3 days ago at thesolarstore.com and it was Sunday when I ordered. Extremely fast.
The pump is a Shurflo 9325 series. This pump will lift up to 230 ft., much more than we need with our water only 15 ft. down. It is also designed to run on low wattage on either 12V or 24V. According to the chart in the manual it will lift 56 gallons per hour at 20 feet needing only 22 watts of solar array panels. Last week, when my dad and I went camping we picked up a couple of panels to test out. They are sets of three 15W panels run together to make 45W. Here they are up and charging my dads RV batteries.
